Canada X Reader: Your Song
You sit on the roof to your home, watching the stars that are beginning to dot the evening sky. It is supposed to snow tonight, but the skies are so clear that you highly doubted it.
Sunset is coming soon. You can already see the sun itching to leave the western horizon from your spot, and you stand as the fresh wind winds itself around you. Your (color) hair dances with it, and you have to hold it back before it blinds you. You simply watch the sun until the sky is tinted pink with hints of fading blue.
You've been out here for about an hour now. You like sitting out here; it helps clear your mind from worries, and you're patrolling the clouds to see if it will possibly snow or not.
You love it when it snows. You and your best friend, Matthew Williams, who you're in love with, adore to go skating and sledding and having snow ball fights.
You don't know why, but Matt is kind of mad at you. You can tell because he has avoided you all day. He won't even respond to your text

It's the new year. So much has happened in this past year, like meeting and falling for your best friend, Alfred F. Jones.
And he's scheduled to come to visit you tomorrow. You and him are going to venture through the natural beauty of your countrywhich makes up for its lack of moneyand find every bit of adventure that you can. You're still reserved, but Alfred has made you a tad more friendly and bold.
You've pulled on shorts and a tank top to sleep, curling up in your comfy covers. (name), the teddy bear Alfred gave you back in November, is next to you, and you turn to it, closing your eyes. America was right; this teddy bear, while not even alive, has made you feel a bit better after these reoccurring nightmares of being forgotten and unwanted. Even if (name) isn't alive, you know he'll always love you.
You hear a sound and open your eyes, startled. Someone's inside your house! You're about to get up when your door creaks open, and a scream escapes your lips as the perso

You're staying with Alfred during the St. Patrick's weekend. The city you're staying at has a big festival each year in honor of the holiday, and you're so excited to be able to spend it with Alfred. This is your first holiday with him, and while it isn't a major holiday (like Christmas), it still means a lot.
But those excited feelings fade when you see America dressed to the maxhis cliché, green Kiss Me, I'm Irish shirt, dark green plaid Bermuda shorts, hair dyed green, and tons of green bead necklaces and bracelets on. You're kind of surprised he didn't dye his body hair green and/or painted his skin green. You have at least put on a simple, green T-shirt with a four leaf clover, but you're still in jeans and your (color) hair is still normal.
"Yo, babe!" Alfred winks at you, pulling his arm around you. "Y'ready?"
"I I guess," you say reluctantly as he takes you out to the festivities.
The festival is fun, though you had no idea people could go so crazy ov

It has been about a month since that day. September is already on its way, and you've decided you deserve a little (belated) summer vacation, even if only for a weekend. Some of the countries have invited you to the beach, and you decide that yes, you'll go. It should be fun.
And Alfred will be there. That's great.
In a month, he and you have become so-so friends. He is still an annoying ass, but at least you like him half the time. You are sharing a room with Hungary, but she rarely talks to you; you sense she isn't very fond of you. You've placed your items on your bed, and you quickly change into a one-piece swimsuit. This is the first vacation you've had in, well, forever. This vacation should be great, hopefully.
You spend the day with Alfred and Arthur in the water, attacking each other. Well, attacking Alfred and teaming up with him to attack Arthur. Arthur isn't very pleased with you two, but he prefers you over Alfred any day. So, he'll settle for your attacks as long as you d

You hate these World Conference Meetings. America is always too disgustingly loud, Italy never finishes talking about food (like pasta), England is always being a sarcastic twit, andgah, you can go on about this forever.
Not to mention that you are, like, one of the smallest countries ever. A small, poor population stuck somewhere in the middle of (continent). Half the world doesn't even realize you exist, and you're sure Google Maps can't even find you. Yet, you're still here, out of the courtesy of these "fine" countries. And while you'd rather be at home, helping with the agriculture to save your starving country, you know you should be here. These meetings can be important. Sometimes.
"Dudes!" Alfred Jones blurts out in the middle of stuffing his mouth with hamburgers and fries. "My hero plan will work!"
"Shut up, you idiotic wanker," Arthur Kirkland snaps. "Now, if we can move on to real business and discuss real plans to help with"
"It will work! Let me show you!
